Condensed Milk Cake





Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • ½ cup of melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk the condensed milk and eggs together until well combined and smooth.
    • Add the melted butter and mix it in thoroughly.
  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour and baking powder together to ensure there are no lumps and the mixture is even.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine. Do this until everything is fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Bake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
    • Once cooled, slice and serve!
