Ingredients:
- 200 ml (0.85 cup) water (warm, not hot)
 - 25g (2 tbsp) sugar
 - 3g (1 tsp) instant yeast
 - 300g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour
 - ½ tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Activate the yeast:
- In a small bowl, combine the water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
 - Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes bubbly and frothy. This shows that the yeast is active.

2. Mix the dough:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
 - Pour the activated yeast mixture into the flour and stir with a spoon or your hands until the dough starts to form. It will be slightly sticky, but that’s okay — you don’t need to knead it.

3. Let the dough rise:
- Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

4. Shape and bake:
- After the dough has risen, gently turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
 - Place the dough in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet if you prefer a round loaf.
 - Let it rise again for 30–40 minutes.
 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Once the dough has risen again, bake it in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
